Maxym Lachance is an automation engineer with 15 years of experiences. Specialized in wastewater projects, he leads various real time control projects. His background and experience as both an electronic technician and engineer ensure that he is at ease with both office and on site work. For this reason, he is involved in every stage of a project, including design, plans and specifications, construction support, start‑up, commissioning, and performance monitoring.

 The control solutions he has provided have won prizes, including the Tetra Tech technical merit award in 2012 and the “Visionary” award from the “Association des firmes de génie-conseil du Québec” (the Quebec association of consulting engineering firms) in 2014. Finally, clients appreciate Mr. Lachance’s contributions because he owns the tasks he is entrusted with and possesses the skills to communicate his ideas effectively.
